I guess these are security or intel amt devices. If not on a domain, check the event log in case something is causing a problem. If they're already on a domain, perhaps check your group policies. Solved, PCI Serial Port for OptiPlex with Windows 10 64 bit - Dell Community. Can anyone please help? Do these machines normally take SO bloody long to boot. Download latest updated drivers of Dell OptiPlex 7010 and make it audio, video, bios, LAN & display simply operable with Windows 7,8.1,win10 on 32 & 64 bit. Obviously I'm not typing in the right string into google. Unfortunately I lots the link to that forum, and don't know where to start. But this last bugger just won't play fair :- Perhaps I installed drivers in the wrong order? I also read late last night about a possible fix removing Registry References to old drivers? And several fixes were found by doing that. I have also done the Dell Website diagnostic several different ways, to no avail : -after updating and applying fixes to all of. Can I resurrect this old thread please? Just call me Lazarus.
